Wyoming River
Sometimes the old adage is true - the secret to a good photograph is "ƒ 8 and be there...". Alice and I had stopped to put on a couple more layers one crisp morning riding back from Seattle on our way home to North Carolina, when I happened to notice that the spot where we had stopped was just begging to be photographed. Riding a motorcycle all over the country with a good camera setup on board is full of pluses and minuses. On the plus side, you get to see a lot of beautiful scenery. On the minus side, it's just impossible to stop and photograph it all. Sometimes, though, the two mesh wonderfully well. If it had been 5 to 10 degrees warmer, we wouldn't have stopped.
